At Yogshala, yoga is experienced as a journey not just a class.
Our year is divided into four distinct 3-month practice immersions, each designed to guide students through a different dimension of yoga and inner transformation.
This Summer we begin with Chakra Balancing Series, a daily rhythm of chakra-inspired practices integrating movement, breath, meditation, awareness, and stillness.
Rooted in authentic teachings and adapted thoughtfully for modern life, Yogshala offers a slower, deeper, and more intentional approach to healing through yoga.
