At Yogshala, we strive to provide an exceptional yoga experience for our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for our yoga classes, memberships, and other services.
 

1. Group Classes

  • Single Session Cancellation: If you need to cancel a group class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice may be eligible for rescheduling to a different date, subject to availability. No refunds will be issued.

  • Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable, and the full session fee will apply.
     

2. Private Sessions

  • Private Session Cancellations: Private sessions require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice may be eligible for rescheduling without additional charges. No refunds will be issued.

  • Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled private session, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable, and the full session fee will apply.
     

3. Memberships and Packages

  • No Refunds on Memberships and Packages: All memberships and packages, including multi-session packages and special promotions, are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Suspension for Medical Reasons: In cases of serious illness or injury, memberships may be paused or extended upon submission of a medical note. Please contact us directly for assistance in these situations.
     

4. Workshops and Events

  • Workshop and Event Cancellations: Workshops and special events are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event may qualify for a credit toward a future workshop or event, subject to availability.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 7 days of the workshop or event are non-refundable and non-transferable.
     

5. Online Classes

  • Online Class Cancellations: For online classes, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable.
     

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, such as natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or health-related emergencies, we may offer class credits or alternative arrangements. Please reach out to us if such circumstances affect your ability to attend your scheduled classes.
 

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much much more.
